Our gluten-free crisp bread is an extra crispy snack that is perfect for the little hunger. We recommend to roll out the crisp bread very thin on the baking tray for extra crispiness. Eat it as just a snack or top it with our favorite meat or cheese.

If the crisp bread is rolled out thin you will get two full baking trays.

Ingredients:

Sunflower kernels, linseed, quinotto, sesame seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds dark, psyllium husks, rock salt

Baking instructions:

Empty the Bottle contents into a bowl with 3 cups of water. Take 2 pieces of baking paper and pour one dough portion onto one piece. Place the other piece of baking paper on top. By hand or with a rolling pin, press or roll it evenly. Depending on the thickness of the rolled out dough there will be enough for 1-2 full baking trays. Let the dough prove for 10 min and cut the crispbreads into the desired sizes. Bake the crisp breads 45 min. at 175°C (not convection fan) until golden and crispy.

Tip: Add 100 g grated cheddar cheese into the dough or sprinkle it on top of the dough before baking. The crispbreads can also be sprinkled with sea salt on top before baking.
