PRICES AND DELIVERY FEES

The prices shown on www.malund.com are inclusive of VAT but excluding a delivery fee. The delivery fee varies from country to country, and the fee and delivery methods are clearly stated in the payment process. Free delivery on purchases over € 60 (Purchase of 3 Bottles with ingredients or more)
The Buyer is responsible for any customs duties that may be incurred on delivery to non-EU countries.

PAYMENT

You can pay by the following payment methods: Visa and Mastercard. The amount will only be debited from the customer’s account when the item has been shipped. Alternatively, if you do not want to pay online, you can send an e-mail with your order. We will send the invoice by e-mail and ship your order once payment has been received.

DELIVERY

We try to deliver within 5 to 7 business days after confirmation of the order unless otherwise agreed. Although we try to deliver within these delivery times, delivery can take longer due to unexpected complications. Malund uses UPS for deliveries to private or business addresses.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURNING GOODS

There is 14-day right of cancellation from the date of receipt.
Bottles can be returned if it is in the same condition and has not been opened and the transparent plastic around the stopper is unbroken. Bottles must be returned in its original shipping packaging and packing with a return slip.

Once the return shipment is received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. The buyer is responsible for the return costs and is liable for any damage during the return transport.
